Off topic kinda, but wtf is up with the holes in the floor in the bathrooms? I’d be so offended if I had to use the bathroom, I walk in and see a fucking hole in the ground that I’m supposed to squat over like I’d only do an emergency behind a bush. Is it too expensive or too much to ask for to have an actual commode instead of a hole in the floor? What if you have to do número dos? Also, what about elderly or disabled people? Do you just tell them, “good luck!” and give them a slap on the ass when they walk in?

Well I'd guess falling through a trap door in a moving train, losing 2 full limbs and half of a 3rd, dragging yourself off the tracks using your remaining mangled limb, then lifting yourself up enough to get attention from another train speeding by, doing all of this while you've lost enough blood that you probably should have bled to death, and somehow managing to survive and appear in front of a court had never been done before either... It's absolutely sickening that this family is left to handle this immense financial responsibility on their own. Hell, the amount she asked for likely wouldn't have even been enough to cover all of her immediate and future needs, and they give her such a tiny fraction of that... Beyond outrageous.

Its a miracle that she survive, I cant imagine the amount of pain she has been through.. And yes actually old trains is like that. When I was kid my dad & I travel by trains. Between one section to another there could be a hole, even door to outside is rarely there. Sometimes I jump, sometimes my dad lift me up. Cause the hole is literally big & am just 6 years old or so. The windows is almost ripped of. Now days trains is much more safer than back then but if someone renovate badly like in the story that is so dangerous

Oh man she went through so much and the ringtone helping her brought tears to my eyes. She is so strong after everything she went through and the fact the company barely did anything to help her is awful.

I am not a fan that people think this girl died from JUST neglect. I 100% believe that her parents did this on purpose. The motive to kill seems very simple to me when looking at the background of her parents. These people have POWER. They are the MOST influential people in their community. So influential that they are completely supported by their "church" community and neighbors. Think how brainwashed these people are for supporting these criminals. Her mother was literally some form of an official within the community on legal grounds. Think about it guys, they have influence and power over everyone. Their influence is so great that they were able to avoid trial for 3 years. Moreso, their influence and network is so great that their sentence of 40 years was reduced to 20? They image is so important they wouldn't even try for insanity charge. Something happened between them to make them treat Lacey that way. Lacey was normal since she was 14 years of age. As an adult, her parents could have asked her to do something; like say something to the community; show something; get a certain job or a certain boyfriend; show certain image; pretty much anything that would help with their status. Imagine people who always get what they want. And, all the sudden, their daughter says "no" to them. These parents probably see their daughter as their property. What if she actually wanted to leave, and THEY didn't want her to? What if Lacey chose to do something that they did not want? Maybe, Lacey wanted a different religion? In the beginning, they could have drugged her to paralyze her legs. I, 100% believe that those emails that "Lacey" sent out were fake. They sent those letters out. I believe that the mother intentionally acted stupid not to know anything about her daughter including Lacey's age. Because they probably mentally disowned Lacey. They are not part of this situation because they don't have a daughter for whatever she did or wanted to do that they saw as disrespectful or not daughter-like. Maybe, they resented her for her disability? They know their daughter and things that Lacey liked because they put her favorite movies by her side on purpose (things she cared about next to her but outside of reach). She was completely normal and described as "social" with a social anxiety? That's bullshit. Whoever stated that the email sounded like Lacey was likely not very close to her. Because, they would have continued to chat. If these people were actually friends to Lacey, they would ask to hangout. How many emails was sent out exactly? What time and day? Another perspective, I believe that Lacy was naked the entire time. Because they knew that the police was going to arrive, I bet the father tried to put a shirt over her but couldn't because of her atrophied arms so he just left it half way hanging there. For those who only watched this video, you can find footage of the mother lying by faking CPR on Lacey via 911 call (something that I believe wasn't mentioned in this video) while 911 instructed them to put Lacy on the floor. They could not because her body became one with the couch. I see this case as an authority trip, I see her parents as narcissistic sadists. This was their form of punishment on Lacey. And, it's insane that they WOULD HAVE gotten away with it if they were not caught.

I had never heard about this, what a tragedy. And again such slipshod work by law enforcement. It reminds me of a Rolling Stones concert that I went to with my wife and a few other people in 1972. This is back when the seating was called concert seating, so it's first come first served. You can see this one coming right? As soon as they open the doors my wife said she could barely feel her feet touching the ground and about 50 feet inside the door I started to fall and I was really really fortunate that there was a cop there that grabbed me by the arm, stood me up, and said keep moving, keep the hell moving! After all that trouble we found seats back in the nosebleed section! Luckily, unlike this tragedy, no one that I know of was killed. I'm sure there were dozens of people that were injured though. Mobs are frightening and there's that mob mentality thing that happens and you just don't know what's going to go down. Now when we go to a concert it's all ticketed by the section and by the seat number so these kinds of things don't happen anymore.🙏😪💔🌈
